The Humans Behind the Function
Hi, we're Phil and Michelle, the team behind FX Human.
Phil is a licensed occupational therapist who brings a rehab-informed approach to movement. Michelle is a certified life coach and meditation teacher who focuses on mindset and sustainable habits.
We've spent years helping people stay active and independent. Phil worked in healthcare settings, Michelle in coaching and wellness. What we noticed was a gap: active adults who wanted to keep moving but were tired of intimidating gyms and boring chair exercises.
So we created something different. Movement disguised as play. Sessions that feel more like organized activity than traditional fitness. Programming that prioritizes balance, mobility, and fall prevention while still being engaging and fun.
